Refunds, Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Strategy Sessions: Cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment to be eligible for a refund. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice and no-shows are not eligible for a refund. Services are non-refundable once delivery has begun, including document review or prep work completed before the session.
- Canceling through Koalendar removes your booking from the calendar but does not automatically guarantee a refund. To request a refund, email info@myabciep.com.
- IEP Meeting Prep Plus & Document Review: Non-refundable once delivery has begun. Cancel before work starts by contacting us within 24 hours of purchase.
- Pro subscriptions: Cancel anytime — access remains through the end of your billing period.

IEP Meeting Prep Plus is an asynchronous document — we build it around your child's profile and you receive it ready to use. A Strategy Session is a live 1:1 video call where you can ask questions, work through concerns in real time, and get direct input on your specific situation.
Does the free plan require a credit card or account?
No. The free plan requires no sign-up and no credit card. You can access all free tools immediately.
Can I cancel a Pro subscription?
Yes. Cancel anytime — access remains through the end of your current billing period.
How do I pay for a Strategy Session?
Click 'View Sessions & Book' to open the Koalendar booking page. Choose your session length (30, 60, 90, or 120 minutes), select a time that works for you, and pay securely through Stripe — all within the Koalendar booking experience. You'll receive a confirmation email after booking. No separate Stripe checkout on this website is needed for strategy sessions.
