myABCIEP provides educational, organizational, and school-meeting preparation support. Strategy Sessions do not provide legal representation, legal opinions, or guaranteed educational outcomes.

myABCIEP does not communicate with or attend meetings with the school on your behalf unless a separate service explicitly states otherwise.

Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refunds

  • Rescheduling: Reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment through Koalendar.
  • Cancellations: Cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment to be eligible for a refund. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are not eligible for a refund.
  • Refund eligibility: Services are non-refundable once delivery has begun, including completion of document review, prep materials, or the session itself.
  • No-shows: Appointments missed without notice are not eligible for a refund.
  • Canceling through Koalendar removes your appointment from the calendar but does not automatically guarantee a refund. To request a refund, email info@myabciep.com.

Upload Documents for Review

After booking and receiving your Koalendar confirmation, use this secure upload portal to submit documents for your session. Please upload at least 48 hours before your appointment.

Document review limits by session

30-minute session: No advance document review is included.

60-minute session: One priority document, up to 15 pages.

90-minute session: Selected documents, up to 30 total pages.

120-minute session: Selected documents, up to 45 total pages.

Secure Document Upload — Please Read

Please upload only the documents you would like myABCIEP to review for your scheduled consultation. These may include IEPs, assessments, prior written notices, progress reports, behavior plans, meeting notes, or related educational records. Do not upload documents unless you are the student's parent/guardian or are legally authorized to share them.

Uploaded documents may contain sensitive student and educational information. myABCIEP will use the documents only to prepare for and provide consultation services. myABCIEP is not a school district, medical provider, law firm, or emergency service.

Please do not upload Social Security numbers, insurance numbers, financial records, medical records, or unrelated third-party information unless they are truly necessary for the consultation. If possible, please remove or cover information that is not needed before uploading.

AI-assisted redaction may be offered in the future to help identify and mask sensitive information, but it may not catch everything. Human review is still required. By uploading documents, you acknowledge that you understand these limitations and consent to myABCIEP reviewing the uploaded documents for consultation purposes.

Privacy Reminder: Please do not enter confidential student details into the booking notes or payment notes fields in Koalendar. Use this secure upload portal to submit documents for consultation review.
